Some more great advice from our resident Sport and Remedial Massage Therapist Gill Rose.
Keith Sheppard was voted member of the month for October. It was awarded for his fantastic run at the Great South Run where he finished 9th in his age category in the field of over 16,000. In addition, he has been organising the members for the SXCL events. Well done Keith.
