The same as last Thursday although weather dependant, which was an 11K off road route around Manor Farm. The alternative is a 10K on road down to the tea room in Manor Farm and back. Meet at Wildern School 7PM as normal. Further info on the planned routes can be found here and here. Short runs at speed up 150mtrs, jog back to start. I've worked out an 11K route for tomorrow, mixed terrain,(road/trail) starting and finnishing at the school. It's challanging (long hill) but doable. The off road section is good for core stability. I plan to run it with breaks. The ground conditions should be firm if a little damp and possibly muddy. See you tomorrow if you're up for it. Meet at Wildern School 7PM as normal. Further info on the planned route can be found here. Bernie If the weather continues to be inclement we will use the following route as an alternative, which can be found here Time 7PM Location: Wildern School Steady runs between 4 and 7 miles http://www.hedgeendrunningclub.com/weekly-training-schedule.html Location: Start Wildern School - Dowds Farm 1x300 1mins rest 2x300 2 mins rest 3x300 3 mins rest 4x300 4 mins rest 5x300 5 mins rest Warm up & drills at 19:00 sharp, wear suitable clothing, i.e. layers. Sunset on Tuesday is 19:40 so we'll be doing most of this training in daylight. I'm planning some 'off road' training over Manor Farm for the following week. It won't be dark till almost 20:00.
