All HERC members are invited to the club's Annual General Meeting.
This will commence at 20.00 on Thursday the 24th of March 2016 and is expected to take one hour. The meeting will be held in the Arthur Holt Pavilion at the Ageas Bowl.

In accordance with the Club Constitution, the following Ordinary Committee Members will be elected at the meeting:
Men's Captain
Ladies Captain
Merchandising Secretary
Social Secretary
Media Secretary
Membership Secretary
Director of Community Running
Any Member may be nominated by any other two Members, with his/her approval, as a candidate for any of the posts of Ordinary Committee Member by notice in writing (including email) to the Secretary at least two weeks before the date of the Annual General Meeting. Emails should be addressed to [email protected] and received on or before the 10th of March 2016.
Any resolutions proposed for consideration by a General Meeting shall be submitted in writing (including email) to the Secretary at least two weeks before the date of the meeting. Emails should be addressed to [email protected] and received on or before the 10th of March 2016.
