HEDGE END RUNNING CLUB: NOTICE OF 2019 AGM
The club’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 28th March 2019 commencing at 20.015 in the Pavilion at the Ageas.
The club is administered by a Committee and all positions are up for election this year for a two year term:-
If you would like to apply for a position then please email [email protected], stating your intention to stand by Tuesday 26th of March. If we have more than one application for a position there will be a vote on the night.
If you have any agenda items that you would like discussed at the meeting please submit these, as above, by Tuesday 26th March.
