This Sunday we are taking the clubs long run for a trip to the seaside, taking the opportunity to run along a stunning route along the Solent Way. Starting less than 4 miles from Wildern in Swanwick.
Leaving from the car park on Swanwick Shore Road and travelling Easterly along the Solent Way towards Lee on Solent. Taking an out and back route it is 16 miles to Lee on Solent or 12 as far as Titchfield Haven.

Start: Car Park on Swanwick Shore Road, Behind Old Ship Pub, Swanwick.
Route: Along the Solent Way toward Lee on Solent.
Terrain: Flat mainly on gravel tracks (Road or Trail Shoes will be suitable)
